Therefore, The Moderator(s) and Affiliate(s) of Destiny’s Rehab are not liable for any copyright concerns pertaining to streaming media.
This policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DCMA”) for the reporting of alleged copyright infringement. If any materials posted are called into question, we will gladly provide the source URL upon request.
